After writing my previous post

thanks to Castor Girl's support we managed to finish the website http://sites.google.com/site/GodApologizing2You/

One person found it helpful.

At least she is the only one who told me so.

If it helped only one (besides me)

to express the inexpressible feelings,

it was worth to go through all the fear we went through for it...

Thank you.

Explanation:

There comes a moment in recovery process when no matter who says what and how many times it is just not enough to make a difference, because the whole community/society/world would have to apologize for not intervening at the time, and because the whole can not speak, it is the symbolic representative of the whole - see Durkheim's sociological definition of God - who can make the difference.

The website is all about making the needed difference.

Does it make any difference to you?

  1. It was a real breakthrough, and rather an important one.

When writing the famous sociologist's name above we mis-spelled it and noticed that first part of the mis-spelled Durhkeim word sounds just like a German "durch" meaning "through" and the rest sounds like English "came", ie. we came through

  2. and guess what... at wikipedia article on DID a consensus about changing it so it doesn't deny its existence, anymore, has been reached ohhhh by moving the "controversy section" further down and so with "the over-representation in North America section" which was my intention, too... win-win situation hehe

  4. Going through your website made one of us cry. I have no idea why, as far as I know we gave up on a higher power long ago.

    Great work...

  5. @ castorgirl

I feel ... (sorry... there is no words to describe it...)

thank you for telling me about it

even if it was just one alter within your system who has felt the difference, it was worth the fear we went through...

  6. @ Samo&co. Have to admit - I'm another one who cried. Well done you and thanks. B.x

  7. @ BTC

now I am about to cry b/c I am moved by your crying... and (of course) the Bold alter is now fighting the tears coming up... and I am saying to the Bold One he is allowed to be sad, not angry only... "Yes, you/he can, my beloved alter"...

Now two of us are about to cry, and maybe some other alter will join us...

But it's ok... it's ok... After all, experiencing the cry and being moved together is the best thing that we could hoped for.

    Thank you...

(It means everyone's repertoire has been extended so it includes the sadness besides other alter-specific emotions :) )

  8. I was also moved by the Vague's recent "theological" post and left there a reply where I said among other things:

Thanks from the bottom of my heart for saying the following words "is ok to wrestle with God"

And thanks for explaining beautifully that He will win, anyway, BUT no worry :) because it will be a win-win - not like with the abusers where they win and we loose - but "I win AND He wins AND everybody inside and outside wins" situation.

That's exactly the reason why we made a "wrestle with God" website...

  11. Yes, by all means, I'd be honored if/when you decide to do it.

Offering a safest possible hug (only if you want it, of course), my friend!
