It was a collective work. Everybody was contributing. Its message would be: if not each and all of the little no's get expressed/acknowledged/validated then there will be no big yes to the internal communication, either. What were your impressions/associations when looking at the image?
The first instinct was to see an authoritative figure telling us we had to do something - which automatically stirred up acceptance, resentment, compliance, aggression and resistance amongst the others.
Seeing all the little "no's" was a powerful thing for us to see - just from the point of view that it is ok to say "No". It took us another couple of views before we saw the "no's" forming the word "Yes". I have a feeling that realisation was blocked from us for awhile - not at the point of being able to see that saying "No" is a positive and powerful thing??
It stirred up quite a bit for us... Thank you for putting it up here.
